A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Allison Hendrickson is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor located northeast of Detroit. She first discovered Pilates while studying dance performance at Western Michigan University. After dancing professionally, the years of training caught up with her and she developed chronic pain. Pilates has been her remedy ever since. She founded Personal Pilates Detroit in 2019 where she specializes in individual and semi-private Pilates instruction. She never fails to provide a warm and private studio setting, whether it’s in her own studio or one she creates right there in your living room.
