FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

Increase Flexibility Safely and Effectively

Flexibility training is an important building block in taking your physical fitness to the next level. Proper stretching to increase flexibility will:


-Improve posture and overall stability by correcting muscle imbalances

-Prevent injury by increasing range of motion

-Prevent and/or treat chronic pain

-Prevent muscle soreness

-Promotes focus and relaxation


There are plenty of ways to begin your flexibility training. You can choose to do a single session, add a 15-minute stretch on to the end of a Pilates session, or go straight into the Flexibility Training Program described below. All of these options are available for sessions in-studio, at-home or virtually.


FLEXIBILITY TRAINING PROGRAM

Flexibility training requires commitment. That is why we provide what is called a Flexibility Training Program. Choose from either 6 or 12 sessions over a 6-week period. Each session is 40 minutes and after 6 weeks the package expires, meaning if you don’t use it, you lose it. This promotes consistency - the foundation of flexibility training. 

Feel free to invite a friend and make it a duet! Package pricing remains the same per person.

15-Minute Add-On: $12

6-Series: $192 

12-Series: $360

At-Home Personal Flexibility Training
